Built in 1850 as a summer cottage for William Weightman, Sr., the
Angel of the Sea has been moved twice, and is now situated with
an ocean view on Trenton Avenue.
It was extensively remodeled in 1989 and won the Historic
Preservation Award for renovation to historic specifications.
National bed and breakfast organizations continue to recognize
the Angel of the Sea as one of the Top Ten in the United States.
